All of my tomatoes are just becoming buds or flowering except for THIS one! It was the only sign of life on my roma tomato plant for the last 2 months and tonight I made a sourdough margarita pizza with it! Hidden underneath the mozzarella is a garlic pesto made with basil that is from my garden as well.
THAT looks DELISCIOUS! I can't believe you made that with all of your homegrown goodies! Or that you made it when we are out of town!
ReplyDeleteoh yum! margherita pizza is my favorite! We make a similar one, but we cook it on the grill. The garlic pesto sounds soooo good.
