Michelle has Martha Stewart's Cupcakes cookbook and last night we made these cupcakes. The only thing we did differently is leave out the candied ginger. And, seriously, these were sooo tasty. They are not too overwhelmingly spiced up or too rich. The glaze sets off the chocolate in the cakes wonderfully. Some who were there had reservations about the cupcakes, but 3 cupcakes later, I think we can safely say that everyone enjoyed them. :) Nobody could stop at one.
